RETURN & EXCHANGE

The right to return

We are not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our very best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns in these cases:

• The watch you received is NOT the watch you purchased
• The watch you received is a lot different from what was described
• The watch you received does not function correctly and keeps having problems during the warranty period

Refund

Any products returned must be in their original condition. This includes any paperwork, user manuals, service papers and boxes. If the product is not in original condition, we may refuse the return or refund a lower amount.

As long as the products are returned to us in the original condition, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, within 5 – 7 days.

It is your full responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us in good order. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged before they reach us.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made, customized, and personalized goods.
